We compete with Contract recruiters (Staff augmentation) who when they place a contractor they get a % of the hourly rate, usually very top loaded to the management, but they can get paid every year for one placement.

Do it every year for 5 years and the 6th year you have to do it again, but you also have to contend with the stock market and recession that will drop your income to 50% or even ZERO.

Recruit 100 MLM hitters and if 10 are successful Networker/entrepreneurs, your annual income will run $250k to $500k++++ it depends on the total size of your business and how large the businesses are of your TEAM.

When you recruit MLM professionals, they make the decision to change their career and it is not dependent on a COMPANY deciding to hire them and a Mid-Point salary that has to be met.
